Here is Carmen Electra at Hawaiian Tropics event in Vegas. I'm undecided. Is this a cute look for her? I mean it would be easier if I was a dude. Then I could just pull out my bottle of cheap drug mart lotion and let my hands do the thinking, but as a girl I am confused. What do ya’all think?
